Kirsten is a community builder and youth social entrepreneurship leader based in Nova Scotia, working across Atlantic Canada as part of the team at The Purposeful Group, focused on Partnerships and Development. 

She works with youth, community leaders, and sector partners to design programs, support entrepreneurship, and contribute to strategy, research, and ecosystem-building efforts for social purpose organizations. Her work includes project coordination across multi-partner initiatives, planning sector convenings, supporting training, and partnership development. 

She is passionate about rural community development, empowering youth changemakers and social entrepreneurs, and supporting social enterprises.  Kirsten is driven by a commitment to strengthening local capacity and creating meaningful opportunities for young people across Atlantic Canada.
