Bailey has spent the past decade helping organizations connect with their people and tell their stories. In her career as a communications specialist and digital generalist, she has worked with non-profits in Canada and internationally, spanning climate, health, education, and arts and culture. Her passion is telling stories that connect, engage, and transform.

She is a mom to three amazing children and an avid gardener. On a sunny day you can find her tending to her plants, out at a farmers' market chatting with local growers and makers, or taking in the majestic beauty of Nova Scotia's beaches and forests with her partner and kids.
